<div><em><strong>jack b</strong> asked: </em><br/><br/><br/>this question portains to the fact that i own a s corp . it is a small auto shop . 2 employees total . in the state in which i live you dont have to have workers comp insurance unless you have more that 3 employees. last week one of my emplyees came in to work with a swollen arm and said he hurt it the day before but he didnt tell me because he didnt notice it was hurt. can he sue me and how would he prove he hurt himself at work  since he didnt tell me until the next day . he may not of hurt himself at work i dont know . but I know he has no health insurance because i offered it to him 2 months ago and he did not accept.
