NMSEZ is the only new SEZ in India where the land except the regional park zone is in possession of the project sponsor. In [...] Introduction Navi Mumbai is a modern township spread over an area of around 350 sq. Other proposals include the proposed sea-link between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai which will land in the SEZ (estimated project cost around USD 1.5 billion). This zone could be utilised for recreational activities and proposed infrastructure in the zone includes a club home, golf course and other recreational facilities amenities.
