Construction has begun on the new $100 million Hyatt Siesta Key Beach fractional ownership resort. The development will have 44 units and features 300 feet of white sand beach. Each residence will have 8 to 12 owners. The resort is scheduled to open in April of 2009.
Deeded fractional ownership opportunities and now being offered from $140,000 to $750,000. Owners will also be responsible for additional maintenance fees.
